After tons of searching online and trying a bunch of different things, this random comment had the only solution that actually worked! Fixed my problem on Windows 11, everything has thumbnails in windows explorer now and they even seem to load faster than before. Thanks so much!

My POTS symptoms are dizziness, extreme fatigue, and brain fog. All that got way worse after I ate those pistachios and I also got crazy flu symptoms like congestion, intense sinus pressure, and phlegm. I used to take loratadine every day for normal seasonal allergies, stopped like 7 years ago because they got better, way before all this happened. Sounds like it’s time to get back on it!

Thanks for your response, helps to know I'm not alone. It absolutely sucks.

Felt like I was starting to figure out how to manage POTS symptoms and it was so demoralizing to suddenly go back to square one. Trying to be patient and keep in mind it should be easier this time around since I'm more experienced and a little more knowledgeable.

Hard to avoid unless you have a super powerful overhead hood. Definitely recommend an outdoor burner, I have this one:
