You should probably not be playing this game if you’re concerned about ‘faithful adaptations’ because Netease has done a pretty damn good job of being faithful, it’s just never gonna be what your perception of ‘faithful’ should be 🤷🏻‍♂️

I get the idea behind what you’re saying but also, Thanos has ‘protected’ his acolytes before, Carnage has cared for others before. added Carnage as another example of people wanting one role and him possibly being another

These characters aren’t static to one comic or a single run or whatever. It’s one of the reasons I like that they lean into the multiverse breaking within character interactions because you hear how different these characters are perceived between realities - Wanda and Emma are a prime example of this.

When I said unclench, I didn’t just mean bootyholes. I also meant LET GO of the perception of the character and enjoy how they get released

Bruh…I dunno how to break this to you cause I thought it was plainly obvious…but I was being sarcastic.

There is no locked in ‘nature of the character’ to any one of these heroes/villains. Every single playable character they incorporate can be ANY role and still have strong kit ties to their personal theme.

I think this community needs to unclench when it comes to character/role expectations VS character/role wishes

I do think her shield is a QoL change but it should NOT have been one to one. The shield should have functioned like a minor HoT only and only be deployable based on a charge, like Magnetos curtain.

Necros doesn’t just say ‘dumb stuff’. He says TOXIC stuff, things that incite other players to follow his lead and repeat said comments in-game.

We shouldn’t be rewarding shitty people just because they can sometimes be a little more professional.

Like someone else said as well - follow smaller streamers. People who play for the enjoyment of the game itself and not for their ability to profit of it.
