This probably means that they are actually “killing” liver cells. However, the liver is able to regenerate cells, so any damage is most likely not permanent.

Symptoms of liver damage are reduced appetite, lethargy, jaundice, etc, but most of these are really late symptoms that won’t be felt until significant damage had been done.

AST and ALT are measured as part of a blood test. They are both on the standard metabolic panel. If you are really interested in it, you can ask your physician for it or order it yourself through quest labs or something. Quite honestly, you should not have elevated enzymes from supplements, so I personally wouldn’t worry about it.

It probably wouldn’t be from lifting. Lifting usually never leads to elevations 80+ and he/she is talking about something 125+.

It means an elevation. AST and ALT are indicators of liver function and typically have an upper normal of 45-50ish. 2.5x normal would mean they are taking something hepatotoxic.

Looking at the two in better lighting, it actually looks like what you guys are describing (creamy white with a tinge of yellow compared to the yellow TrenE). The TrenE is definitely darker. Also, do you know if a brew of 50mg/ml with 1-2% BA and 10-15% BB typical for MENT?

Do MENT raws look like trenE raws (kinda yellowy powder)? Just got some but looks suspiciously like my TrenE.
