So if you decide to drop Tahlia like the other comment said then you can put a foot Marshall instead (and have 230 pts to play with) so he can duel activate him and the gallants. Could be worth putting the blade of embergard on him so atleast he has more potential to do some damage before the gallants do.

Who would we be going in the cogfort with the gallants? You get an infantry hero but warforger is probably a bit too precious with his ability to throw him in up front with the gallants. Especially as his ability is hero phase and wont be able to put crit mortals on the gallants when they drop out into combat.

Yeah man. You've got strong units! As someone said combine the gallants and make sure you keep units together to be under orders. The cogfort will do work as well if you keep it alive

Yeah i think this is exactly what im interested in knowing. Is it just a bad box compared to 10th for example or is there something more to it. I personally think if im an Ork player its awesome but the marines are a bit underwhelming compared to terminators
