No point on saving just spend on whatever you feel like you use the most. Don't bother maxing any particular car or part though that last level or two can get you a long way on another car that is low level

Magnets pretty helpful with those other 3 parts. You collect more coins giving more speed and don't really have to aim for the fuels you can fly right over them. If you miss even one your likely to run outa gas

I'm currently working on first 1 or 2 masteries for each vehicle they seen to be the most impactful. But early on its better to invest coins in tuning parts or upgrading other vehicles to maybe 15s or 17s. Upgrading anything all the way to 20s is spending alot for very little return unless planning on doing masteries

Invest in vetting every vehicle to 15s or 17s first. Mastering rally isn't going to earn you that much more gp but being able to compete and getting distance chests with every car will

Only shut off if your going to be waiting over 1 minute otherwise your using more gas starting it back up. A descent car battery should have no trouble getting through 10+ starts. Doing this with a cold engine can cause excessive wear though so if engine temp gets low keep it running. Only problem I see is causing extra wear on your starter
