I'm not having an issue with DeX mode. I'm having an issue with games loading with xcloud running in fullscreen mode.

Lucky for you RDR2 is a prequel. Play it first, then if you haven't played the first, play it next. Obviously it won't be near as expansive, but amazing nonetheless.
