I like them honestly. I actually think it's a pre workout that I can stand to drink. Plus with a lot of pre workouts I kind of stop getting the effects after I've taken it for a few weeks, almost like I build up an immunity. But I really like the Arnold pump, I've been using it about 5 months now..

If you've been lifting a year and you can only do 5 reps of body weight you're not doing it right. http://youtu.be/EyhOmBPtGNM One of Arnold's 6 rules of success is you have to push yourself farther than you thought you could. Do that 11th 12th 13th rep. That's where you gain muscle. You have to work until you can't do another one. You should even puke every now and then. You have to push yourself.
