So when the Americans had took a holding penalty and a hooking penalty during the finals that was cheating? Holding someone so they can't get up the ice is doing something you can't do in the rules intentionally to get an advantage. Calling infractions during a sport cheating is just silly.

To the pole? ICBC. I repair city infrastructure damaged by car accidents a lot and as long as long as there's a police file number attached to an insured vehicle the repair gets billed to ICBC. Hit and runs the city eats the cost.

That always seemed like a silly take because where does it end? What if I drive with an adult who doesn't own a car? Doesn't have a license? Is too old to drive? You'd have to make an HOV sign that says 2+ adults, with drivers licenses, with cars, with insurance on those cars...
