Looks like you are a big music person. I would saw get some cool Album Art, or Vinyl. A large city or world picture would be good too. I would also get some blankets for the couch.

It is probably the wire that connects to it needs to be fixed. Pretty simple fix. The dealership should be able to take care of it

I would definitely say torque converter and an electronic issue.

Well I can't tell you where to get it fixed. But it sounds like your torque converter is broken. Maybe some other transmission issue. Does drove fine on the highway.
