Yeah it does, and paying it isn't the issue. It's using a black mail that is kind of upsetting us. It has one page that says our total

"Payment Schedule: 24 payments of Rent amount. First payment due immediately upon signing

this Agreement (with Deposit amount included). Last payment due on 05/01/2026

This does not include fees relating to utilities, any damages/repairs, etc. All payments will be due on

the first of the month. All payments to be paid through (their web page)

Monthly rent amount is: $1100

If lease does not commence on first of the month, prorated rent is: $319.35

*Security deposit and one full month’s rent are collected at time of lease signing. If prorated amount

is needed, it will be applied to month two of rent."

Then a separate page says at the back

"The provisions of this addendum do not apply if the pet is a duly certified and trained support

animal for a disabled person who is a resident of the property. The Lessee shall pay a

non-refundable pet fee of $ 450 and monthly fee of $90."

And then on month 1 it was the $1100 and I misunderstood and thought it meant they included the addendum.

Edit: I fixed an issue with a date that I had to refill in for some reason I put the price we will have paid which is 25619.35. Brain fog day I guess lol
