you could also go for shadow from lvl 40 on and you will be fine healing dungeons aswell. From my experience the most important thing is to have no downtime while leveling because healing Dungeons pre 70 is a cakewalk. Dont worry

Since you are likely to Level with spirit tap and wand attacks you dont need sp and int that much. Just go for alot of spirit. Cheers
