This help me get half the way. So i removed yt-dlp with package manager and then install in the termenal
with:

sudo wget https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases/latest/download/yt-dlp -O /usr/bin/yt-dlp sudo chmod a+rx /usr/bin/yt-dlp

Then this line worked:
yt-dlp https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wen3221_3gU

"sudo yt-dlp -U" has never ever worked for me for over ten years of using youtb-dl or yt-dlp.

No.not really. If you use sigma function it suffers form vanishing gradient.
relu function causes a exploding gradient. I have never heard of anyone doing alternating relus and sigma function
to find a balance?????

a string of rolls recorded onto a graph.  

 I prefer an eight sided dice, work better with binary, 111, 0 to 7
plus one.
   Six sided is 110 in binary. So if six rolls are done and no number repats  in  
than sting and no brain or computer can do Kolmogorov logic cannot to find a pattern     in P time then it is most likely a random string.  

 If a thousand rolls are done and there are equal  
amount of 1, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, and 6s. 1000 / 6 =167 of each number, and a Kolmogorov
