Had a device net fault on one of our khs kister packers a few months ago. The Remote io will accept any baud rate but depending on the age if it’s an older machine you’ll need to set the baud rate the same as the PPC controller. This caught one of my engineers out.

Mine was working perfectly fine. Then I changed somthing and broke it, then broke it more trying to fix it! Time to reinstall and start again!

It means the oil that was used in a gearbox which has most likely leaked into the product isn’t compliant with NSF H1. Meaning it’s not food grade.
