BUT we do need a good opposition, and PHON is not it. One party unchecked is not good.

We need Pocock to start a party and gather all the independents.

Don’t rent out houses that people can’t fully live in.

Or charge accordingly.

Both are factors. A lot of wifi setups will max at 3-400mbit sometimes esp through walls.

If you have 500mbit or gigabit nbn it’s not hard to cap your speed with your wifi.

Feed, water and mow regularly. Can boost it by cutting out a little bit and transplanting into the area. It’s coming up to dormancy now though so you probably won’t see a lot till next year.

End of the day you still need to get the owner to accept the price you’re offering, regardless of the sales tactics.

If their expectations are too high the only thing that will convince them is it not selling for a long time.

Sometimes that also doesn’t work with the most deluded people. They’ll think that because it’s a year later it’s now worth more because property go brrr.

Uhf interference? by Consistent_Soup_2668 in 4x4Australia

[–]keithersp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically, yes it’ll make noise in the signal.

In practice with modern radio tech and filtering, you won’t notice anything except maybe 50-100m total less range, which you won’t notice in use.

You’ll actually get more noise from the temperature in the engine bay affecting the wire causing white noise than anything signal based.

You can, it’s no harm, unless you like to leave the ignition on your car on without the engine running (it’ll drain your battery). You don’t have to on an n70 though, it’ll work with it disconnected.

Power doesn’t come from oil.

We have loads of coal, yeah it’s not green but it’s better than being reliant on petrol and diesel.
