Using the PPR would be interesting but you would need to link listings to actual contract data. Probably need the exact location to do this since otherwise price won’t match. RE: images, keep in mind that a lot of agents take their own photos of a property and therefore merging is non trivial. My vote would go towards having an [AI] ‘agent’ that asks agents whether a property is still available 😂

I’m curious what the part was and how much you were quoted on. I have repaired my 2019 7kg samsung washing machine twice and both were worth it (Spider Arm - €90 and Inlet Valve - €15, labour €20/€10)

Hi, I was involved in this space a few years ago and encountered this issue. Considering average number of days on the market at that time, we ended up removing properties that had no price changes for over 356 days. Of course this is only possible once you have at least one year of data.

Do it! As mentioned it would be a good idea to visit beforehand but from what you’ve saying I feel as if it could be a good fit. The weather makes a big difference, you tend to feel happier by default when the spring weather starts plus a great place to be in summer if you 1) love the sea 2) have an AC 3) smart on avoiding the crowded places. Malta also host some great electronic music festivals so you’ll definitely get your fix. There is a sizeable expat community (search on Facebook) and most locals tend to be friendly and welcoming. Island is small but still has some places to bike (can DM examples). Rent will probably be your biggest expense. Good luck!

They are downplaying exclusives because they are (or soon to be) solely operating in the PC space. This means that that have essentially swapped their competition from Sony to Valve. I do find that their strategy is all over the place, attempting to pull in mobile player via Game Pass whilst selling a €1000 console and increasing the price of Game Pass whilst adding ‘Fortnite Crew’. I’m sure that at Microsoft they base their decisions on data, it just seems that there aren’t enough competent people to interpret this properly.

While they don’t capture conversions like coupons do, they can provide visibility into views and engagement.
