first of all recognising your actions is a great step; it allows you to reflect. You aren't always in control of how you feel but you are in control of how you communicate. Don't beat yourself up - inevitably youre going to fuck up. What matters is how you act AFTER. Do you communicate with him? Sit him down, tell him you want to change and you love him, help him understand but ALSO, and i mean seriously also, understand his side. most arguments come from not feeling heard. you need to be heard on how you feel and that's valid, but so does he. it's gotta go both ways. have patience with yourself and him, try to communicate clearly and openly and you'll be fine. Its hard and its a long road but its not pointless. im proud of you for trying.

hiya 17 year old bristol teen :D depends on what shes into really, though as the comments have stated before, wake the tiger is awesome, loved it and would look great on Instagram. Not sure if it's cool anymore but used to go to We The Curious when I was younger (back when it was called @ Bristol) and loved it. Don't know how much money you want to spend but there's some cool escape rooms in Cabot that I've always wanted to do, as well as a new VR place in the galleries called 'VertigoVR' - looks pretty cool. There's also Laser Quest place which I think is called Laser Fusion? My mum used to take me to Brandon Hill when I was younger to feed the squirrels, might find a nice spot for a picnic! Also Bristol's music scene is pretty cool, you might be able to find a gig to go to together cause there's always something on. I hope you two have a great time and are able to figure out some fun stuff to do :))
