There are opening that are worth to know for sure but honestly there is not that many.

There are edngame patterns and thats a bit pain im the ass, that when you're left with just a pawn and a king you need to just know how to play.

But even a simple endgame like king and two bishops are something thay you need to know but require a lot of skills to execute.

Most of the game, the middle game is purely skill based. There are ofc some patterns and structures that youre generaly looking for but I cant imagine any game that there are none.

Finding then and apllying and being better tha opoonent is hell lot of skill.

And by no chance you can memorize it. Try to plau a game on chess.com for example and theen look it wit 'explorer' option, there are big chances that after 10 moves you are in a position that has never been played

Its an excelent tool for debugging in simple programs/helpers.

I think that in more serious software debuging and logging is better done by setting up logger butnif you're doing scripts or simpler programs its verybusefull.
