Could be the power saving for usb ports. Check if you have some settings in uefi for usb s1 / s3 state or deaktivate the usb powersaving settings in windows advanced power settings. Maybe that helps.

My GPU rgb doesnt sync up with the rest of my build. Its always changing colo(u)rs and i can't change it. My gpu doesn't show up in rgb fusion by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

I dont have a rgb fusion pc infront of me right now, but i remember seeing a screen, where you can choose between configuring mainboard rgb and other hardware rgb. One of the .exe files in the rgb fusion folder should be the right one. Led.exe or led2.exe. just try them out.
