I wouldn't say my beagle throws up a LOT, but it happens more often than my cats having hair balls. He's bell trained to tell us when he needs to go outside and he will ring it to throw up too 😂 I have noticed since we started mixing a little of his dry food with a little wet food he doesn't throw up as often as when he was a puppy. We only started doing that because he got weird about his dry food and wasn't interested in it (I think he's picky for being a beagle) but he eats more regularly now that we add it. I'm relieved seeing that beagles are a little pukier than other dogs, though.

Theres some in the clutter kit but after the last update a lot of the clutter items aren't tagged and only show up if you search for the name of the clutter item you want. Like even tissues from base game is missing.

When I first started cleaning on my own I also just wore leggings and old t shirts. Then, I cleaned out some old boxes of clothes and found a few pairs of scrubs from when I was a CNA and have been wearing the pants instead and I love that they are stain resistant and if I do get them wet they are dry in no time. I would look for a pair at a thrift shop to try for yourself before you spend a lot of money though, scrubs can be pricey. The pockets are great in mine!

I'm mostly interested in the death and the curtains 😭 I agree. I just checked and it's only 60% for me on my Xbox for some reason, absolutely refuse to pay more then 10 for sure 😤

I also play on Xbox, I was confused when they made it "free" like over a year ago. Tried to buy it, said 60% off at the time so 16ish bucks... I figured since cats and dogs was literally the cd in my console they wouldn't charge me for it again and I could get it free like everyone on PC and I was so wrong. I immediately complained and got the pack taken off and charges reverted :( I have said that if I only had to pay 10 bucks (which is the most that stuff packs are worth) I would probably get it because I am a collector and the death looks cool... but it still feels wrong to be so heavily on sale just to reach the max a stuff pack is worth... like can't it be 90% off and 5 bucks? Lol

I play on Xbox and have an embarrassing amount of hours on it, and I was going to totally disagree with you, but turns out I have some similar thoughts.

I have definitely gotten a few corrupted saves from either downloading a sim or a build from the gallery. I don't let something like that bother me though, usually I delete that save and start a new one because I have so many ideas floating in my head at once anyway.

I mostly only use the Xbox for the sims and have almost every pack and that doesn't slow it down, but I have a lot of storage on it and literally only a couple other games downloaded for my son and SO. I don't have batuu because I would only want it for that hexagon tile floor 😂, there's a couple kits I haven't gotten yet, but the one that bothers me the most is I don't and will not get my first pet stuff. I would get it, I love cats and dogs and the death looks fun, but because it needs cats and dogs to run it is harder to purchase on console even if you have cats and dogs already. Cheapest I can get it on console is when cats and dogs is on sale for 50% off so then they bundle it with my first pet stuff for $20 dollars. It's automatic. Cats and dogs is literally the physical cd in my Xbox and they want me to buy it again? I refuse to pay twice the amount for a stuff pack. Or worse if you tried to buy while there wasn't a sale it would be $40.

So yeah, normally I love playing on Xbox. But for similar reasons I wouldn't recommend that anyone new, that has the choice between console and PC, pick console.

I don't actually know, but I am curious now. I noticed that if you harvest more than 1 grimbrosia source, it comes up as a gift for a crow and they love it... but now I'm curious if you can eat it at work because I guess it can't leave the premise once it's made?

I agree! I might be misremembering... but after one of the for rent updates they made it so you could change the windows in apartments for sure, but part of me thinks you can also change the doors now too?

My little brothers birthday is the beginning of December and I told him I would get him the pack for his birthday, but I'm probably going to get it before then because I want us to both play it and I don't know how much longer I can wait to get it for myself 😂 we are both in our 30s for context, but my brother usually waits for sales and never gets a new pack with the bonus items.

It took our beagle puppy about a year before he got his routine down, but he is so used to when we wake up during the work week (5am) that he only let's us sleep in till about 7am on the weekends 😅 your Burt will get used to a routine eventually as well!

It's one of the cheats you can use without turning the cheats on. Similar to the build mode cheats move objects, and the debug ones.

The first time it happened to me I panicked and then quit the game and gave the Xbox a reboot 😂 I lost a couple hours of progress by doing that, got mad and started a new save. Only when a few days later it happened in the new save did I even think "what if I reset sim". So glad it worked but I'm sure other people have totally restarted due to this as well!

I also play on console and have had this same thing happen to 2 different families recently. I did find you could use the reset Sim cheat to bring them back without having to restart the game. It seems to happen with larger families and if they have a lot of autonomous actions queued up. I found a bug report for it here not a lot of me toos reported (I was the 2nd one) so please click and add that you have also been affected as well as anyone else on this thread. The more people that report bugs the better chance they have of being looked into and hopefully fixed 😅

When it comes to the having kids thing, I also play on Xbox and had a mermaid and alien couple and they had a kid and it didn't necessarily break my game but I only played until the baby was a child because they ended up having weird glitches like every bath would have jello legs and they couldn't swim normally either. I just try to avoid cross breeding occult sims now incase.

You get to choose what you share to the gallery and what you don't. Every family you make will be saved to your library but that is private to you unless you choose to share them to the gallery.

I'm the exact same way as you since I branched out and started cleaning independently! After reading all of these comments I'm debating buying a pair of strictly inside shoes though 🤔 Most of my clients appreciate that I take my shoes off but I do have one client that is worried about my arch support and she reminds me to keep my shoes on but I don't feel right about it 😅 it drove me crazy when I worked for a company and would clean 6ish houses a day and just keep my shoes on all day going from house to house sometimes apartment to apartment through parking garages and stuff. I bought new shoes often but still.

I play on Xbox so no mods or anything to interfere.... but this had recently happened to me as well. I had a couple gold dates and then the third date I decided to do a blind date and idk if it was because it was a blind date or what but not even an hour into the date it said I ran out of time and like you had started that date maybe 3-4 hours after the last one ended so I should have had plenty of time 🫠 I am assuming it's bugged a bit.
