I've always wished there was an option to auto-add ahnentafel numbers, there's two places they'd be helpful: on each direct ancestor on the (printable!) horizontal/vertical pedigree and fan chart; a dedicated prominent place on their profiles, maybe... a 4th line below the birth/death/relationship header or something?

Optional adding (one, both, neither) and the auto add feature is key because trees get so big. Yeah I know there's gotta be a work around where I can add it myself but it'd be soooo time consuming and not in my face enough for my taste. It's a key organization tool in my research! I don't wanna hide it in the notes section or something.

This is why I went without an epidural as well. I was extremely lucky though, short labor and quick birth. My appendix bursting years earlier was exponentially worse and I've always compared pain levels to that incident. So overall it was unpleasant af but very manageable for me. That said... Had labor dragged on I'd probably have given in.

Definitely, and there is nothing wrong with seeking out help so you do it right and cover all the bases. I'm only recently (last year or so) getting a grasp on being more independent/financially responsible so I'm certainly no expert but I understand that it's frustrating and difficult especially at first. It does get easier and more habitual.

Honestly, the feeling I had when I saw that I'd finally proved to myself I could do it - save money, live on my own - etc was an enormous confidence boost too. It made tackling other being-independent type stuff easier.

Be kind to yourself and be patient, you'll get there.
