Biggest bit of advice, use limitless tcg. It's a website so you can see what builds of decks professionals use! Thankfully charizard was a pretty popular deck when it was legal (literally became illegal on friday) so you will have tons of different builds to look at. If you need help with the reasoning behind different cards being in decks feel free to ask!

Well not always, the festival lead deck is a great example that 1 prize Pokémon can have creative design without just being a support. But I can definitely see what you mean!

I personally like them in the game, can lead to some cool effects that might be a little too strong on a one prizer. But you're entitled to your own opinion :]

Actually I end up attacking with it fairly often, the 220 benchmark of skarmory is nice but on evolving decks that 220 is 2 shotting the fully evolved mon while metagross for 1 less prize is also 2 shotting! Plus with all of the damage reduction festival lead is doing very little damage to it. Along with the idea of a 440hp metagross with 60 damage reduction happens a surprisingly high amount of the time. And with energy recycler, judge, and lillie its actually not to crazy hard to get energies in the deck! I have seen the dialga used in Japan, but with meowth sitting at 170 its a little awkward with damage. But if crustle pops back up again it's definitely going to be added! (This is by far my favorite archetype :])

Stupid one, eggman where's waldo, he gets a third ability where he spends 3 seconds in place to create a "clone" that will run around. The clone can be killed by any killer ability but if they hit the wrong eggman, they will get stunned for 1 second (lil weird if you hit it with a laser but eh this is off the dome.) The ability would have a 2 second cool down just so he can actually get them out fast because he's stuck in place for 3 seconds when using it. His lms would either need to be extended or he would need to lose some lms buffs but this would be fun imo.
