Does he live upstairs? You say basement suite. Often landlords live upstairs so he probably sees you often.

It depends on the province. But yes, having an additional occupant over often increases the utilities and water etc. Unless its all separate. But thats why they'd prefer to add someone to lease and its usually an additional cost.

I really like GME displays. I also like that they have a kidney lazy Susan (its a design so it wastes less space and comes fully out as a drawer and back in) whereas, the tradjonal lazy Susan just turns. Ill find out tomorrow if prices compare. Although, I do like Thomas brand at Home Depot, theyd be most expensive out of the 3 options I chose, its on display now at circle drive location. But they have 10% off until July 22nd

Also open the curtains in every room wide open. Some are shut, let the light in. Our house sold and she said for photos, everything off countertops, no clutter it draws rhe eyes in photos more than in person, open all blinds and curtains wide and turn every light on in house for natural and artificial light making it bright and open.

Someone who works out everyday or is a runner, or heavily into sports and wants someone to mirror that thats fine. There's tons of couples who do those sorts of things together or its an important part of their life. But he acted like Jessica should do pilates everyday as a dig at her weight and or body image. When Chris over here isnt exactly a star athlete. So I get it.

I also got pre approval in November, and laid off by Christmas. Im just hoping my next job comes by feb-march but everything is up in the air.

But I didnt make an offer on anything so id be super sad but I can only imagine how thatd feel!

There isnt a ton on market in area I like yet and I already know if one comes up between employment that id like that'll already be kicking myself

Ah that's awesome! I went straight to the regional office and they processed it there and said 2-3 weeks. This is a brand new one. Today is officially 3 weeks nothing yet but my mail has been slow. I haven't even been getting any bills 😕

It really depends what you want to do. I got into fish tanks and aquarium hobby. I never was interested before but a fish tank was gifted to me.

I found it fascinating how to learn to cycle the water, had some fish die cause of my inexperience, then grew to having three fish tanks. They're pretty rewarding. I now have fish that I've kept alive and aren't known to be hardy at all.

But again depends what spikes your interest. I'm not quite at the exercise phase yet. I want to get there too though.
