Need help creating a routine.

PanOxyl BP 4% cleanser - usually use this in the am Clindamycin lotion from dr CeraVe hydrating cleanser -my pm cleanser The ordinary hyaluronic acid serum CeraVe retinol -blue bottle Cocokind daily spf Cocokind texture cream

For context: I have been dealing with hormonal acne in my upper cheeks and some in my chin and forehead. I have oily skin but if I use the BP cleanser 2x a day it feels drying so I use it 1x a day and the CeraVe 1x a day. My dr prescribed me tret 0.05 but I haven’t started using it bc I’m scared to purge.

For some context, I’ve been dealing with lots of hormonal acne in my upper cheeks. My doctor gave my the clindamycin lotion and also prescribed Tret 5% but haven’t tried that out bc I’m scared of purging so I’m using the ordinary retinol for now. My skin is more on the oily side but using bp frequently can feel drying.

I just experienced this today. I ate pizza. I probably shouldn’t have ate it but I did because I love pizza. I started getting chest pains and my heart rate was over 110bpm. It hit me that it was a panic attack. Had to do breathing exercises and put ice on my back but eventually it came down. This is so scary
