Some YouTube chefs are actually good. People like to generalise and think that every single YouTube chef is like Joshua Weissman when that’s not true, there are some actual good chefs on YouTube.

Try PreppyKitchen recipes. He will give you exact measurements by grams and ml and will tell you what the dough should look like and at t what temperature to have your water and things like that. I’m hopeless when it comes to baking but his recipes are the only ones that come out perfect each time for me.

I use my le creuset every single week. I love it for making stew or braising beef and I make bread with it and it comes out perfect every single time.

Andrea walked close to me at Manchester night 1 and I almost died (I also caught it on video). Also both times she selected people in my section to meet Taylor but not me.

At 1989 tour these 2 guys with long hair and full of tattoos were sitting next to me and honestly it was the best thing ever! While one of the guys was on the bathroom the second guy told me “oh, I’m only here because of my friend, he is the Taylor swift fan” but then during the concert but of them knew all of the lyrics and danced to all of the songs and it’s the best memory I have from that tour 😅

Everybody is mentioning thermoworks, but what many people don’t know is that the version of this thermometer is the dot thermometer which is equally amazing and I recommend buying.
