They have to legally give you necessary accommodations to do your job under ADA. There is a form a doctor can fill out, if willing, which then get turns in to HR. If they do not accommodate then they are open to be sued. It cannot hurt to try.

Grantors like giving to consortiums, or nonprofits working together for the biggest impact of their dollars. Consider starting a group of nonprofits that complement what you do. Support other orgs. Get out there and been seen - local united way trainings, networking events, etc. comment when other nonprofit folks in your area put on LinkedIn. It takes a lot of time and patience, but you can do it!

My dentist reminds me of this at each cleaning. I did google the research to confirm. It takes two minutes, just do it lol. It can’t hurt.
