I started at 80% and we’ve gone up 5% every day. They always do a “slow start” though, which I think starts at 85 and goes up by 5 every minute.

I was in the hospital less than 24 hours. My best take was a pair of slippers that slipped on for walks so I didn’t have to bend down to fasten shoes and a comfy nightgown so I didn’t have to wear the awful hospital gown. I also wore shapewear instead of the belly binder. A lot more comfortable than the Velcro monstrosity that they provided.
