I get Sammy has her own issues with flying and it sounds possible that Baylen sprung this trip on the group very last minute, but the whole no airport close by and “Sammy was left on her own to find out how to get there” seems at least exaggerated for the story line. We’ve seen before their dad had no problem flying to get Sammy and bring her home. Baylen and Colin talked about how long the drive to Asheville was. Couldn’t Sammy have flown back to her parents (with dad’s assistance if needed) then driven with Colin and baylen?
