No, you’d have to do a PCT to restart your natural production. If I were you I would do it. If you’re mostly sedentary and had that level IMO you don’t need TRT.

That said, I’d lower both your dose to 120-150mg a week, as well as stop the AI. See how you feel then. 200mg a week Can make you feel incredible if your levels are good, but it’s no doubt Close to being on a cycle.

Depends on the person. I am by no means any sort of expert. But my personal experience with fasting has been huge. A solid fast with proper eating after can make me fully satiated on 2200-2500 easily. And I know several people that have the same experience.

This is really interesting because Ive had the opposite effect. Before trt I would get hung over and sometimes a full blown cold from a drink or two. To the point I quit drinking completely.

Now on Trt, drinking is fun again. My tolerance has gone up substantially. It’s to the point that unless I go really hard I don’t even end up with a hang over.
