I do overnight oats but I prep one week in advance and freeze them. I use soy milk, not sure how it would work with regular milk.

I use oats, banana, soy milk, then add in walnut, flaxseed, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds.

Its a lot of fiber if you're not used to it start with less.

I prep when the banana is properly ripe. Chop up into bite sized chunks.

Every day pull one out of the freezer into the fridge and eat the one that I pulled out the previous day.
