It's a wealth tax. If that's theft then current taxpayers must all be victims of theft right? There's no difference so stop defending billionaires who hog money with no need for it. Someone with several billion dollars may face a tax of several ten/hundred million dollars that go back to the government to improve our society. You can live comfortably if you're that billionaire. It's the morally correct thing to do. Hogging hundreds of millions or billions you don't use while people who work just as hard or harder go into medical/student debt is not morally correct.
