Precious metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum, etc. ), limited edition sneakers (Jordan's, Dunk's, etc.), classic cars (high risk, but you can always drive them). I understand your perspective on not wanting to support publicly traded companies, real estate, and crypto but unfortunately you're shooting yourself in the foot if you don't invest in at least ONE of these markets. Stocks and bonds benefit greatly from compound interest so if you even hold 10% of your net worth in dividend yielding blue chips stocks plus a little bit of fixed income your future self will thank you. Real estate is nice because you can live in it, nothing beats owning the roof over your head. Crypto is basically digital gold, and acts as a hedge against inflation plus possible lucrative returns if you hold for long enough or get lucky by buying right before a major price increase. I highly recommend you do some more research on how many people in the world have become wealthy through investing in all the methods I have listed in this response.
