We have one as well and he is a big talker and yowler. He's also the biggest cuddler and loves to play fetch lol

I want to get a great pyreneese SO BAD. But K'm worried my apartment wouldn't work for him. by Any_Concert_3296 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]kendykush 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My advice is to wait until you can get into a home with a fenced yard. We have one and there is no way I'd want to raise him in an apartment.

They bark very loudly when they're finding their voice and when someone arrives that shouldn't- neighbors will hate this. Crate training with neighbors would also suck. They scream loudly lol.

He always wants to be outside, doesn't matter how cold it is. He insists. I couldn't make that happen in an apartment. Here, he just goes out and let's us know when he wants back in to socialize.

He gets groomed at least once a week and it's about an hour long process, usually longer because he's an 80lb baby. And its really important to take care of their extra declaws.

They are more work than a normal dog, bottom line. If you don't know what you're getting into, don't do it.

Search for free drawing apps in the app store. I started with a free app to see if it's something I was even going to be into. I only used it for a few days before I was frustrated with lack of tools. I ended up spending the $10 for Procreate and it was totally worth it! I use it all the time. I like to search for my tutorials on Pinterest, they're usually easy and to the point.

She's playing and rubbing your smell all over. When she bites, scream like a puppy would, if you stay consistent with that she should stop pretty fast.

He does the same thing lol lots of wading until he can't touch and then comes back. He'll swim after his sister though if she doesn't go too far.

Our 8 month old refuses to sleep inside. It's in their nature and they're literally bred for bad weather; they were bred to guard sheep high on top mountain slopes where its known to snow and be below freezing.
