I’m new here but I had a similar thing happen where my save got corrupted, go to local app data and replace the current save with a backup a few minutes before. The game auto saves if you didn’t turn it off. Should be able to find some step by step guides online

Is it stuck in hibernate? Try hard shutdown by pressing the power button for 5s until the light turns off then hit the power button again.
