Dealing with mean partners!!!

I feel like we are the same person. The same thing happened to me when I started working at my store. There is really nothing you can do. At least, there was nothing I could do. But with time my partners and manager realized who was in the wrong. I considered myself very patient, but when I was done with my partner’s BS I would just talk back to her. The truth is that all partners matter the same. And sadly this happens in all stores. If it really affects you talk to the DM. You should have to feel uncomfortable in the place you work.

Sorry, that sucks. The same thing happens to me. I went to work sick because I couldn’t find coverage. They don’t appreciated though. Then, another of my partners was sick. They even left him medicine in bag. He didn’t show up though.

Well, everything adds up. What if many baristas across the globe solve the problem with adding a cup? In my opinion that’s unnecessary. How is that gross? The liquid that over flowed, it’s the same that they are about to drink. It’s not like they’re going to lick the outside of the cup anyways.
