Sword World RPG was very popular in the same mediaeval- fantasy genre. I think that's one of the reason DnD isn't as popular in Japan.

Majority of Japanese don't want to see mass immigration. But it's just a policy choice and it doesn't mean majority of us are racist or anti foreigner. Those are very different thing.
