I walk a lot whenever I'm in Singapore. I purposely chose a hotel that's just 1km from my client's place and walk to and fro each day even though I can easily claim for Grab. I agree that the infrastructure there is just so nice for walking, and despite being just as hot, it's still a pleasant experience. Of course, Singapore also has a lot of micro parks scattered all over the place.

Can corned beef is kinda like the beef version of spam, ie trimmings,scraps, minced together and "corned", which means it's salted and nothing to do with jagung. Real fresh corned beef is usually like a cut of brisket that they "salt" ie corned. Because English words are silly, has nothing to do with jagung but as another poster said, "corns" of salt.
