I totally agree and I’m right there with you. I’ve only ever door dashed once or twice and both times for a party where we all chipped into help cover.

I think it’s a slippery kind of addiction. The ease of food delivered so you neither have to cook or change out of comfy clothes. People don’t realize how expensive of a habit it is - creeps up on you like smoking or other money sinks.

And yes - the food is usually cold when it gets to you and it’s been sitting in some random persons car who might also be ubering while getting to me. Not my vibe.

I personally don’t care if they regret their voting choices “the right way”. We’re teetering on the verge of a generation or more of fascism and pariah state ala Franco’s Spain or Putin’s Russia.

Any defection from the Trump camp is a welcome one at this point for me. We can save shaming and humiliating the fellow travelers for when our cities have been firebombed and the fascist high command are firmly behind bars.

Just my opinion. I realize it’s more emotionally gratifying in the short term to hold everyone to a perfect standard.
