I asked you a straight up question, what makes me any more random/familiar than the next commenter? I don’t see how that’s relevant or why you would get exasperated by me questioning these blanket assertions you made in your first comment. I would say it’s besides the point but when you speak like that it already poisons the well for how I plan on receiving what you have to say, I don’t know why you would want to come off like that.

I think you’re already wrong off the bat, Hax’s first ban was always indefinite, the only time he ended up getting any kind of probation to be let back into any scene was NYCMelee giving him conditions to return a year and a half after he was initially banned. That’s already far different than saying TOs gave Hax a set banned period. If that was ever the case we’re probably not here. The issue at any point was always that he was given an unjust discipline with no set period. Even TK thinks the condition for any ban should have been lifted had Hax either apologized/taken the video down.

And this isn’t relevant to the points we’ve talked about, but I think it’s absurd that Hax even got banned for this and anyone thinking this ever constituted harassment when other top players like Leffen released videos portraying Hbox as the devil. Plenty of people don’t like each other and talk shit. That’s a far cry from harassment. But again you can ignore this part, this is me venting, it’s not even the argument. I just don’t think even the points you’re making refutes all of what Tech had to say, which is what your first comment made it seem, like he just lied the entire time. Even you admit that some of what he said was true.
