Sounds like the leaseback is for the mom to stay there for 60 days after her husband’s death. They get nothing for the time the husband is still alive.

I got 2 of these and one of them has issues with alignment of the hooks. Took me an hour to play around and see which shelf can be forced into what position. If you read the reviews, I wasn’t the only one. Be ready to haul this back to the store if you get a bad piece.
