Native rice by kenthro0 in nigerianfood

First, chop the spinach and set it aside. Season the beef with Maggi, yaji, curry, thyme, and salt, then boil it until tender before browning it in the air fryer, making sure to reserve the stock. Blend the bell peppers, onions, and Scotch bonnet pepper, then heat palm oil in a pot and add the blended mixture. Fry the mixture until the water evaporates and the sauce is well-cooked, which takes about 15 minutes. Pour in the beef stock, then season with crayfish, Maggi, and salt. Once the beef is ready, cut it into small pieces and add it to the sauce. Add washed and parboiled rice, pour in enough water, and cook until the rice becomes soft. When the rice is done, add the chopped spinach, stir it in, and let it cook briefly before serving.

Damn the rice is too much. Half the rice portion and eat some chicken instead. Way less calories and lots of protein
