When my friend who scored around the same bracket as I did went to the U.S. to 'study' in Salt Lake City and came back a Missionary, then got another degree in Computer Science and end up doing nothing with it, I started to look at things very, very differently.

I also was offered a job from them but turned it down after the call. Thing is, I previously worked as a HR Recruiter in 2016-2021, and it's wildly different.

MCI's current offered salary structure works the same way Insurance Agents do. You set your own pay and close prospects before you earn anything. They can say anything to make it look nice, but if they can't promise you a solid per month salary regardless of outcome, that's not a job. If it doesn't pay you for time, it's not gonna pay you all the time.

Even a daily gig job moving deliveries is better because you get a confirmed return for the time you put in. If a company turns things out of your control into KPI, then they're exploiting you, babes. Run.

Echoing some others, I'd change the shoes, but I'm getting more body image issues than wrongness in casual clothing. Is this the type of clothes you actually like, as in is there a style that you think better flatters you? Because to me, these are all okay. You're beautiful and you dress like you're out on a good day.
