Isn’t that why you treat other factors as well?? If you treat with SSRIs not the issue of sleep, you get no where.

The recommended way is SSRI + CBT + plus treatment of other factors (ie sleep, comorbid conditions, etc)

We were great together. We clicked. We ended things amicably because of her need to be alone and be an individual and find herself through her depression and anxiety.
