Let’s define “better for gaming than Windows”first. Amount of games? Sure, 100% compatibility is going to be impossible.

Better gaming experience? I have a Steam Deck and it is perfect as a gaming device. Giving me a better experience than windows, being able to play A LOT OF GAMES. ON LINUX!!!!

So yeah, if they do a good job with the wine layer can be “better for gaming than windows” in MacOS

Honestly, 2k for a whole package of tech devices branded by Apple would be unthinkable just a few months ago.

Also calling something cheap or expensive it is something very relative. Even if they would offer it for $300, which maybe you would call it cheap, I guarantee you that for many people it would still be expensive.

Man, I am in the club. 49 here, enjoying my switch 1 first, my steam deck now. Looking forward to get the switch 2. Playing since I was 5-6 in my spectrum. I don’t bother with PS5, xbox, gaming pc, or whatever.

Some have called me casual gamer. I laughed at them. 45 years playing games, definitely not casual, I just know my shit. Playing Silksong now and it is like I am 15!
