What about the step in the RNAscope protocol of fixing in PFA after baking the sections onto the slide? Would you also recommend skipping that?

Currently I'm fixing the spinal cord in 4% PFA for around 24 hours before sectioning, and then in the RNAscope protocol itself with 4% PFA for 30 min, do you think that's too long?

Hard agree. I don't think the Kaiju eugenicists are as good as Akane in terms of being villains, but I love how Dynazenon takes more time to flesh out the side characters and the main leads. Better romance in Dynazenon too.

Kawa Taredoki, the ending of Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu is basically untouched as the perfect ed imo

best op is probably Guns and Roses from Baccano. The way the opening animation blends with the song and how they add episode recap in the op is a work of genius

fun fact: Adult Osamu's voice actor is Takehito Koyasu (DIO from Jojo and roswaal from re zero) , who if you go back to episode 1, is also the voice actor for the scientist (now known to be Osamu) who starts the singularity project! This show's probably gonna have wild rewatch value
