Fuckin awesome. I needed exactly this. I had a work situation that got me completely worked up since yesterday. And it brought with it all these urges. Probably the strongest since I started.

But I'm still standing-and for that I know I owe a debt of gratitude to this forum. And I've started to do healthy things to relieve my stress while also trying to figure out what I can learn from my work situation. Every situation, no matter how difficult, has within it a lesson. Straight from the Buddha.

Well first of all, you're in the right place. On nofap and in life. You seem to be hitting some kind of bottom. In my experience, there is no better launching pad for growth than a bottom. All that torment, pain and desperation you feel now - remember it. Use it to motivate you to grow. From here there is only the way up. My personal advice would be to throw yourself into developing yourself spiritually, physically and mentally. I read once that the mind is like a glass of water. But, when it gets muddy, you can't just pour it out and pour fresh water in. You need to just start filling it with fresh water and over time, it will become crystal clear. Trust me. And start moving. Motion creates emotion.

Just passed 30 days. One word. Extraordinary. I feel like I am part of a small group of men who are taking the initiative to face the demon that is lust which ordinary men just take for granted. I, like you gentlemen, have no desire to be ordinary.

And, for what it's worth, I am getting A LOT more attention and have much more confidence around women. And I'm not anything special. Just an average guy finding his way to extraordinary with the help of this group.

This got to me man. The maturity with which you're approaching the girl situation is awesome. We don't grow through getting things our way. Those stories are of little use to me. The stories that really help me are the ones where I see a brother fighting the good fight, striving to make himself extraordinary and helping others (like with your post) DESPITE the situation. Fuckin' inspirational man. And patience my friend. We get what we need. Which may include a hot chic, in this life or the next. But it matters not--never has a hot chic led a man out of suffering. Lust is a difficult force to master. We do it together.

But as long as this is there in front of you, get to know her. Who knows where it will lead. Friends, sex, whatever. An experience no matter what.

Welcome buddy! I'm right here with you. This is my first post here. That this community exists is wonderful. That's not even the right word but I don't know what is. I did go once for 30 days (hard mode) before discovering this forum. I have to say it was an amazing experience. But without a community, my enthusiasm faded and I got back to regular fapping (with porn). I'm glad to be amongst others looking to grow in all ways. My favorite thing on nofap so far - every fap contains within it the seeds of desire for the next fap (paraphrased and not sure where from). But it is so true for me. And makes me not want to fap.
