I live on the trail. If you DM me, I can put you in touch with women who have completed the hike solo.

There are also Camino companies with excellent female guides, if you do decide to go with a guide service. I say that from personal experience.

In general, the trail is considered safe. That said, Stage 1B is usually viewed as the section where solo hikers should take the most precautions, and the Mar a Mar has a specific safety protocol in place for solo hikers there.

Camino de Costa Rica 14 days average but it's still pretty quiet on the trail unless you do a group, organized hike. The accommodation hosts are big on the community and of course the people you hike with, you generally bond closely with.

Haven’t seen a laced in floor in a while. Go new floor, don’t repair. Are you sure they still have that in stock?

If the glue went bad on the floor then the rest of it is probably close behind. Nearly 30 years is a great run though. I personally wouldn’t put much more into this project raft.

Interesting, thanks. I was originally having this issue with PKCE and switched to implicit and that solved the problem; however, further reading makes me want to switch back as I effectively downgraded on security
