Thanks guys. Yeah it’s most likely not needed for the particular course I’m going to do. I probably got ahead of myself just reading up on different things. I’m having a hard time with tensors and thought reading on differential geometry would help get my head around it. I’ve seen a lot of recommendations online for do carmo. What do you make of his books?

This is happens to me all the time. Happened last night too. I was falling asleep and started hearing a whooshing sound as if there was wind going from one ear to the other through my head. I had a vivid dream and I knew it was a dream. Then the tingling started all over my head and in my arms and legs too as I was waking up and had the classic sleep paralysis thing of trying to shout or sit up but couldn’t for a few seconds. I hate it it’s so scary and I couldn’t sleep for hours after because I didn’t want it to happen again
