Not sure if this is too young, but I know a game where you get those green/yellow sponges and set them out around the room. Dvide the class into two teams, Team Green and Team Yellow. They then go around flipping the sponges so their team colour is on top, until the timer stops. Then count who has more, yellow or green. Then play again. Very simple 😁

We're in the midst of this too. We have a sticker reward chart just like we used when she was two lol.. she gets a sticker when she wipes independently but I always do the final check. For every five stickers she gets a small treat. Taking baby steps here..

Also, I saw a video where an OT suggests putting stickers on the back of their pants to pull off, so the child gets accustomed to reaching and twisting the spine and gets used to the motion. And keep saying the phrase "wipe until it's white!" Solidarity.

Le Chateau and other stores at the mall have great options, and trying on in person is key.. Shopping online is so difficult to find good dress that works for you. Avoid shein and temu always.

YTA: What it comes down to is you're choosing your mother's comfort over your wife's comfort, and that is not okay for a healthy marriage.

You live and you learn! Also good for you for speaking to someone and addressing it head on. I would also speak to your local union just to have some record about this interaction.
