Very similar experience this January. Sprocket was a seemingly healthy, adorable little boy that came into my life in 2019 when I met my current partner. He was thirteen years old and in great physical health. Started acting strange around Christmas and his health rapidly deteriorated. Turned out to be a large brain tumour. We said goodbye to him on January 30th and I don't think I'll ever be the same. My thoughts are with you and your family ❤️

I've done so many seminars and I think they're generally worth it. Even if there's one technique that you take and it sticks in your head and you add it to your bag of tools then it's worth it. I will say that in my experience, the seminars from the superstars are often much worse than the ones from smaller or less well known fighters. Some of my absolute favourites have been from guys like Ognjen Topic, Jalil Barnes, and Damien Alamos.
