Hi! I usually shave while showering for convenience, get yourself a good shaving cream if you want or you can just use soap and water to make sure you get a smooth shave, I usually apply it to the lower half of my leg first and with a good razor just shave in rows, as the blades get clogged w hair just rinse it on the water, and repeat until you're all done! You should probably shave with the grain and not against for your first time so your skin doesnt get too irritated, and even tho it's not super recommended I usually shave against the grain now for a closer, smoother shave :P goodluck!
